Bathroom remodel
Joe and Jeff were amazing. They made sure everything was the way I asked. They were clean in the way that they worked and they were also very nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their bathroom.
Loving my new bathroom
Living in a home with 4 people and only 1 bathroom certainly isn’t ideal. For 8 years, we have wanted to add a bathroom to our home, and until recently we didn’t think we would ever get it done. The stars aligned and my dream became a reality. Dan & Jordan showed up bright and early on Monday to start our bathroom. We had already made plans to be out of town, so we shared our vision and they got it. 2 days we were away and getting home I expected our house to be a hot disaster but it wasn’t. Dan & Jordan we’re very kind & respectful. They took the time to clean up properly, our bedroom is just outside of the bathroom. They work fast and still take time to chat with you when I’d go in to look. Anything I asked they always answered all my questions. I’m so thankful for the crew that we had. Working through BP made this process seamless. We went and picked out our flooring and they took care of all the billing and transport of our flooding. I was never burdened with anything! Megan was a huge help! Always there to lend an ear and listen to my concerns. Jim made this process super easy. Initially we struggled to find an electrician that was kind and respectful to our needs. They were 100% supportive the entire time. It’s amazing to see a local family company have so much success, all I can say is “you get what you pay for.” Thank you to the entire Horseheads Bath Planet family😊
Small Bathroom
Small Bathroom remodel, met our needs for a bathroom that is used by someone who is 6'6; need a shower with no walls and a small sink to allow for more floor space! Installers were professional, on time and answered all questions. From start (inital meeting) to finish was about two months. Demo to finish was done in 3 days!!! Will use them for the other bathrooms!

I can only sing the praises of this company, their product, and their installers. Replacing a black walk in shower with one with a view is truly remarkable. It is beautiful beyond my expectations in addition to being functional. My friends want to have a party in it. 😂🥂

Bath Planet did a partial renovation of our half bath replacing toilet, sink, new flooring, fixing walls, all trim work and a complete renovation of our main bathroom completely gutting it down to the studs and starting from scratch. They also replaced 8 doors from the old 1976 era ugly brown doors to our new 6 raised panel doors. Our installers, Joe & Ryan did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were here on time every morning and worked professionally and diligently every day. It took them 7-1/2 days to complete this project which I was thrilled with. Honestly I was quite stressed at the beginning of the project as I thought there would be a lot of chaos. But after the first day seeing how well they worked together and what a good job they did this actually turned into a very positive experience. I cannot say enough good things about Joe & Ryan and how thrilled I am at the outcome. From the start of this project with our sales rep./consultant, Bryan, sitting down with us to hash out every last detail to the completion of the project, I am thrilled & delighted with every aspect of my experience with this organization. All that is left to do is the painting which will be completed soon.

job well done
I can't say enough about the excellent job that Zack and Brandon did on our new shower. We live in a 40-year-old mobile home, so I expected a long-drawn-out project, but they worked so efficiently that they still got it done in one day. They were very patient with all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. and our new shower looks great.
New shower install
We converted our old bath tub into a walk-in shower. What a difference and all with the help of Bath Planet. So many options to choose from. We were notified and kept updated through the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
