From start to finish was a seamless process. Eric, our design consultant, was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Our installers, Zach and Brandon worked hard all day. They were friendly and very neat in cleaning up. Jim and Megan in the office were great in working with us on scheduling. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower in our master bath. We highly recommend Bath Planet of the Southern tier
